The Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief.

It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with the movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes for the full-body, although a 90 allows ending with the scalp massage, so the experience is complete. If you don’t want to have the scalp massage, please speak to the therapist to spend more time on the rest of the body.
